Our Bellarine Peninsula Centre is UNIQUE! We are a Gen2 Kip McGrath Centre with modern facilities and an innovative teaching space and the best resources!
We offer a completely free, no-obligation educational assessment for each child. This allows parents and children to see our innovative and modern facilities. Following the free assessment, an individual programme is designed for your child. This programme is then reviewed weekly and updated with the AusVELS curriculum in mind.
Your child will visit our centre in Ocean Grove once a week at a set time for their 80 minute session. The session is broken up into about 6 short activities designed to keep them keen and interested. These activities include face-to-face tuition, hands on activities, computer and ipad activities, structured worksheet's, workbook activities and access to a range of helpful resources for both students and parents.
Children are taught individually within a group setting where experienced teachers work with a maximum of five students. Each child works through their own individual programme and receives one-to-one assistance as, and when, required. Children do not require one-to-one assistance all the time, therefore, we encourage the development of independent learning skills as these are skills they require in the classroom.
